innovation. Role Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced and
dynamic VP Software Sales to lead our software sales team, develop
and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships
within the banking sector. This role will be based in Wilmington,
DE, and will require travel up to 100%. As VP Software Sales, you
will play a key role in driving revenue growth, leading sales
efforts, and establishing strong relationships with senior
executives within client organizations. Key Responsibilities : Lead
and manage the software sales team, setting clear goals and driving
performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to target key
banking sector clients and prospects. Cultivate and expand
relationships with senior executives, particularly at the C-level,
to drive business growth and new opportunities. Manage and support
client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and client
satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
marketing, product, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless sales
execution. Oversee proposal creation, presentation, and negotiation
processes, ensuring alignment with client needs. Monitor industry
trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new
business opportunities. Represent TFL Tech at industry events and
conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader in the
banking IT space. Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in
enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding
targets. Prior experience in both fast-paced startup environments
and established enterprise software sales is highly advantageous.
Solid background in relationship management, account management,
and client retention. Extensive experience in the banking IT
sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges
and opportunities. Familiarity with deploying and implementing
enterprise-grade software solutions in banking. Proven ability to
engage and build relationships with C-level executives in client
organizations. Hands-on experience with proposal creation, leading
proposal presentations, and contract negotiations. Strong
leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Must meet the legal requirements to work in the United States
