Chemours is seeking a(n) Senior Analyst, Investor Relations and Transformation to join our growing Finance team. This position will be available at Wilmington, DE location. the and report directly to the VP, Head of Strategy and Investor Relations.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Serve as key support for the investor relations function, serving as a supporting liaison for investor engagement and tracking details of investor interactions
  • Coordinate investor engagement and calls/webcasts
  • Maintain an ongoing financial model to support business analysis and a market view of Chemours
  • Compile and track equity research and market analysis for company leadership
  • Perform other IR-related projects as requested;
  • Prepare and analyze transformation and commercial initiatives and closely track progress on an ongoing basis on an economic and GAAP reporting basis
  • Conduct diligence on initiatives to ensure that such items have rigor and the potential for realization
  • Understand basic project management, be a key driver in adherence to deadlines
  • Support initiative success in addition to the underlying reporting role by providing insights and ideas around initiatives possessing the capability to professionally challenge assumptions
  • Serve as a finance initiative approver for Corporate and other one-off initiatives where needed, working closely with senior team members and executives in connection with those reviews
  • Provide routine support to other finance teams in connection with monthly closing and business forecasting processes and ad hoc analyses
  • Drive innovation and simplification in reporting using available reporting innovation tools


    The following is required for this role:
    • A minimum of BS Accounting/Finance, MBA, CPA a plus;
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate finance function;
    • A strong understanding of Salesforce.com and cost-saving tracking tools;
    • Clear understanding of a manufacturing environment, along with US GAAP and SEC reporting;
    • An ability to work independently and maintain accountability, focused on continuous improvement;
    • Experience in managing highly visible projects with multiple stakeholders and interactions with executive leadership, possess excellent communication skills
    • Intellectual curiosity, tenacity, and excellent work ethic;
    • Builds strong relationships, demonstrating emotional intelligence, and an ability to inspire trust and confidence both within and outside of the company.

      Pay Range (in local currency):
      $81,715.00 - $127,680.00

      Chemours Level:
      24

      Annual Bonus Target:
      6%
