What You'll Do:

Oversee financial reporting, audits, and corporate governance.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and tax compliance.
Lead payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cost accounting.
Drive financial strategy and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain banking relationships and oversee credit management.

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business (CPA preferred).
5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing finance (manufacturing experience is a must).
Strong knowledge of GAAP, corporate tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

This is an on-site position. Regular office attendance is required, with occasional travel (some could be international travel).
