Senior/Lead Java Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid)About Cognizant's Digital Engineering Practice:At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster than siloed individuals working independently. Our Digital Engineering teams ideate and develop innovative cloud-based solutions following a Lean-Agile process with DevOps culture.Location: Wilmington, DE.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)Responsibilities:

• Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment
• Design and develop software using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Hands on AWS experience in EKS, ECS, AWS Lambda, Terraform, AWS Aurora Postgres, AWS logging and monitoring using Datadog, AWS Security groups, AWS MSK(Kafka)
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
• Add value to team delivery and work with team to complete tasks to high quality while actively learning new skills.Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Invest API, Oracle, Kafka.
  • Experienced with AWS cloud technologies (EKS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, Terraform). AWS Developer or Solution Architect certification preferred.
  • Good to have experience in any of the rules engine (Ex. Drools)
  • Good to have experience in JPMC on-premises cloud (Gaia)
  • Build and deployment tools like Jules and Jenkins
  • Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
