Associate Director of Major Gifts, Reproductive Freedom for
AllReproductive Freedom for All organizes and mobilizes our 4
million members to fight for access to abortion, birth control,
paid parental leave, and protections from pregnancy
discrimination.Position OverviewFor more than 50 years,
Reproductive Freedom for All and its chapters have fought to
protect and expand reproductive freedom - including access to
abortion and contraception - for everybody. We are powered by our
more than 4 million members from every state and congressional
district in the country, representing the 8 in 10 Americans who
believe every person should have the freedom to make the best
decision for themselves about if, when, and how to raise a
family.Reproductive Freedom for All centers diversity, equity,

agenda on others. We also work to elect champions for reproductive
freedom and advance state and federal legislation to safeguard
it.ABOUT THE ROLE:This position is based in Washington D.C. The
ideal candidate is passionate about both fundraising and
reproductive freedom and has a proven track record of working with
major donors and collaboratively within development teams.At this
momentous time, we're seeking someone who can help us continue to
grow this critical program through thoughtful donor engagement,
strategic prospect identification, and a commitment to expanding
the size and value of their portfolio. This person will also be
detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities while
maintaining a professional demeanor and remaining flexible in a
fast-paced and ever-shifting environment. They will have strong
verbal and written communications skills and be able to work both
collaboratively and independently.Location: Washington DCReports
