- Lead technical project delivery teams
- Power BI expertise
- PySpark experience
- Pharma industry background
- LinkedIn profile
**Key Skills:**
- Manage BI/data engineering teams
- Power BI development, architecture, optimization
- Data modeling, visualization, PySpark integration
- CI/CD pipelines, Git
- Performance tuning (DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, etc.)
- Familiarity with TMDL & external tools
**Preferred:**
- Large-scale BI environments
- Direct Query/Direct Lake modes
- Fast-paced consulting experience
