Description:We are searching for the best talent for a Product
Security Intelligence Manager to be in Raritan, NJ.Purpose: This
role is responsible for leading J&J's online monitoring
program, conducting analysis of online and offline intelligence,
and driving the dissemination of information to support GBP's
priorities to counter the risk counterfeits and illicit trade
worldwide with specific focus on protecting patient safety and
reclaiming/growing business value. The Intelligence Manager manages
data analysis processes, including internet monitoring and
commercial supply and demand reports to stop the sale of falsified
medicines and medical devices. As a global, cross-sector role the
scope of the position includes pharmaceuticals and medical devices
and diagnostics sold into all markets and all channels of trade.
This individual will establish ongoing surveillance services,
develop actionable intelligence to identify sources of illicit
trade, identify intelligence gaps, and disseminate intelligence
with the team.You will be responsible for:
- Manage third-party service provider to monitor and analyze
online content from platforms (e.g. marketplaces, social media
sites), websites, app stores, search engines, etc. for
infringements in violation of Johnson & Johnson intellectual
property rights.
- Work with Director, Investigation and Intelligence to carry out
online enforcement of intellectual property rights infringement as
well as manage takedown escalations and status of online
enforcement actions.
- Triage actionable intelligence to the proper PSI&E leads as
well as prepare actionable intelligence for the business including
trends and proactive intelligence through OSINT analysis of
targets.
- Lead effective information sharing and coordination with all
Johnson & Johnson business sectors with the Director, Investigation
and Intelligence and Senior Manager, Intelligence Management.
Support cross-regional and cross-functional investigations as
needed.
- Support the due diligence of PSI&E vendors globally.
- Manage the customs recordation globally working with law firms
and vendors globally.
- Maintain accurate enforcement records and data and measure the
success of actions online through key performance and operational
KPIs.
- Work with the Director, Investigation and Intelligence and
Senior Manager, Intelligence Management to support the execution of
analysis of consolidated intelligence to determine trends and leads
relating to full GBP remit, including not limited to diversion,
counterfeit activity, forensic intelligence and supply chain
losses.
- Develop and deploy processes and measures for identifying
trends, high-risk products, and vulnerable channels of distribution
in worldwide online markets.Qualifications/Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligence is required.
Experience in brand protection is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the
ability to a strategic approach to tackling challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbal and written,
with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others
and experience of working remotely with other team members in
locations around the world .
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the
ability to prioritize tasks and projects while meeting the
expectations and deadlines.
- Hardworking and self-motivated individual, with a proactive and
can-do attitude, who is comfortable to have a high degree of
ownership in their work from day one and is always willing to
learn.
- Energetic and flexible, with the ability to work in a
fast-growing, agile, adaptable environment.
- Tech savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools (such as

this position is :The anticipated base pay range for this position
is $100,000 to $172,500.Additional Description for Pay
Transparency:The Company maintains highly competitive,
performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines,
this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in
accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual
performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive
to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and
the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual
basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to
participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit
programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and
