PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Customer Representative to join the team with a rapidly growing, locally owned and operated business in West Chester, PA!

Customer Service Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (FULLY ONSITE)
• Pay Rate: $20 to 22/hr Customer Service Representative Job Description:
  • Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments
  • Work with dispatchers to assign daily work/calls to other team members
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
    • Administrative experience a must
    • Strong written, organizational and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
    • Positive Attitude with a professional, pleasant phone voice
    • Team player who can work independently and problem-solve
    • Call center experience is strongly preferred
