Responsibilities:
--- Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople to build our sales team.
--- Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews.

Qualifications:
--- Prefer one year of Sales, Real Estate and Recruiting experience but it is not required.
--- Ability to Commute to Bel Air, MD 21015 to work out of our office.
--- Strong money motivation.
--- Great phone voice and attitude.
--- Works well independently and great team member.
