Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. SQL Database Administrator to join their Professional Services team.



Key Responsibilities

Manage database infrastructure lifecycle, including performance optimization and data security
Collaborate with Development DBAs and automate daily Ops DBA requests
Participate in data migration efforts to AWS and ensure disaster recovery planning


Required Qualifications

M.S. or B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
5 years of experience in a database administration role
Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Amazon Web Services
U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Experience with database administration tasks such as backup, restore, and performance tuning
