Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Advocate to assist members
with provider searches and plan understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to provider searches and
plan acceptance
Coordinate with the Client Service Team and assist with projects
and reports
Maintain customer service performance standards and provide
personalized member experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
1-3 years of customer service experience required
Experience in employee health and benefit plan administration
preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
