• 403b match and more...Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Triage incoming telephone, electronic, or faxed communication regarding prescription refill requests
  • Accurately process prescription refill requests as clinically appropriate
  • Collaborate with various staff on specialty medication initiatives for the practice
  • Communicate patient needs/requests to appropriate staff member (MD, APC, RN triage) and communicate treatment changes to patient
  • Provide patient education for PCSK9 injectable medications
  • Demonstrate compliance with CCHS and departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintain mandatory education and licensure requirements
  • Travel to additional office locations as neededEducation and Experience Requirements
    • High school graduate or equivalent graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing required
    • At least 3 years of physician practice or clinical experience preferred
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedSpecial Requirements
      • Current LPN state licensure in DE
